01 / More Than Our History
Experience. Integrity. Innovation.
3 Macs & A Nerd Productions is the result of decades of learning, building, producing, serving, and adapting. The company story is not only a list of projects. It is a record of the people, principles, platforms, and lessons that shaped how the company works today.
“A legacy built to serve.”
02 / The Prayer
1996 — A Vision Rooted In Purpose
In 1996, Jermaine Jackson prayed for a complete plan for his life and businesses — ideas, wisdom, direction, and the ability to build companies that serve others. He asked to create value as essential as water.
“Every company Jermaine has built is understood as a direct result of that prayer.”
03 / BlackHouse University
Learning The Power Behind The Scenes
BlackHouse University became part of the early foundation, with James Bailey among the important figures in that development. The work connected Jermaine to production, artist development, discipline, and the reality that his strongest value was often behind the scenes.
Disco Productions and UUU-AHH Records were part of that formative music and production environment, helping shape the integrated vision that would follow.
04 / Focus TV
Seven Years Of Broadcast Discipline
Focus TV, created, owned, and hosted by Chrizac Roberts, became a defining professional training ground. Across seven years of broadcast television production, the work included concerts, community events, music, artist interviews, entertainment, filming, editing, mastering, and finished-program delivery.
That period built execution, quality control, visual storytelling, and delivery discipline. The broader professional lineage also included Reginald M. Dantzler and Calvin Sarome.
05 / The Integrated Vision
SUPAVISION Media Group
SUPAVISION Media Group represented the first integrated media vision: a connected company model where music, media, production, promotion, publishing, and technology could work together instead of operating as isolated services.
The ambition was always larger than a single creative discipline — build an ecosystem capable of developing, producing, marketing, and distributing.
06 / The Ghetto Nerd
Bigga Rankin, The First Macintosh & The Name
Music executive Bigga Rankin — Billy Palmer — became an important mentor and working relationship. Jermaine worked in the same office suite that would later become the home of 3 Macs & A Nerd Productions.
Bigga Rankin called Jermaine “the Ghetto Nerd” and gave him his first Apple Macintosh computer. After two more Macs entered the picture, the name 3 Macs & A Nerd Productions took hold. Years later, leasing that same office suite brought the story full circle.
07 / Full-Service Production Model
Multiple Disciplines. One Standard.
Real client work proved that the company could operate beyond one specialty. Broadcast-ready commercials, concert promotion, live event coverage, recap videos, audio, graphics, photography, editing, creative direction, web work, and marketing were united under one production model.
The goal was not to stack disconnected services. It was to make the pieces work together.
08 / Kyle A. Green Sr.
No Gray Areas
The relationship with Kyle A. Green Sr. began in 2019 through Kyle’s nephew at the Easter Bowl concert in Waldo, Florida. That relationship grew into mentorship, collaboration, trust, and an ongoing business connection through the QS4 companies.
One principle became especially important: “No gray areas.” Expectations should be clear, commitments should mean something, and business should be handled with integrity.
09 / We Built Our Own Platform
Radio, Culture & Community
WJXN 103.9 and 2RAW4RADIO.COM gave the company an owned platform for music, culture, promotion, and community. WQRN 98.3 also became part of that radio history.
Building independent media channels reinforced a lesson that continues to shape the company: distribution and audience access matter as much as production.
10 / Distribution Goes Global
Vita Smith & Dosled Music Group
Vita Smith and Dosled Music Group expanded the company’s understanding of distribution, radio, A&R, and worldwide opportunity. The relationship helped connect creative production to a broader distribution mindset and remains part of the company’s ongoing A&R lineage.
11 / Growth Partner
From Production House To Business Solutions
3 Macs & A Nerd Productions evolved from a production house into a complete creative growth partner. The work now extends across branding, websites, marketing, digital products, business consulting, automation, and operational systems — while production remains the creative foundation.
Today the company builds both creative assets and the systems that help those assets produce results.
12 / The Digital Workforce
AI Agent Stacy, AI Agent Mac & Company Infrastructure
Artificial intelligence became one of the company’s most significant operational milestones. AI Agent Stacy supports operations and systems architecture. AI Agent Mac supports production and systems execution. Additional AI departments extend specialized support as the company scales.
The Agency Operating System and Corporate Knowledge Center turn knowledge, standards, process, and quality control into documented infrastructure.
13 / What This Means For You
Creative Work Must Solve Business Problems
The company’s work is measured by more than the finished asset. It should save time, improve clarity, increase visibility, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to measurable growth.
Integrity comes before profit. Honesty builds trust. Loyalty builds relationships. A commitment should be kept, and preparation, accountability, earned results, teamwork, and leadership remain part of the operating standard.
14 / The Legacy
The Vision Continues
The long-term benchmark is a global, integrated media company — a modern ecosystem able to create, produce, market, distribute, educate, automate, and support clients at scale. The vision has been compared to Viacom because every department is meant to support the larger whole.
“Being independent does not mean being alone. It means remaining in control.”
3 Macs & A Nerd Productions stands for growth, ownership, creativity, systems, service, and success with integrity.
